Meet You Cafe is a specialty café dedicated to delivering exceptional coffee, handcrafted beverages, delicious brunch, and warm hospitality. We are looking for passionate individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced café environment and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea and other drinks according to company standards.
• Prepare and serve light meals, brunch items, desserts and pastries.
• Provide friendly, professional and attentive customer service.
• Recommend menu items and introduce seasonal beverages and promotions.
• Operate POS system, cashiering and payment collection.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, coffee bar and kitchen preparation area.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checking and receiving deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support daily café operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Previous café, barista or F&B experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Passionate about coffee and customer service.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays according to roster.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
