Barista

Working days :

• Wed - Fri: 7:15am - 4.30pm
• Sat & Sun: 7.15am - 5pm
• Mon & Tue: off day

Duties:

• Prepare drinks, coffee with latte art, and other barista duties.
• ⁠Good knowledge of making espresso-based coffee using commercial espresso coffee machines.
• Provide good FOH service including taking orders and serving food and drinks.
• Do stock take.
• Assist kitchen preparation work when needed.
• Assist kitchen during busy timing.
• Clean shop and other BOH duties.
• Report to cafe supervisor and owners.

What we're looking for:

• Punctual, responsible and reliable, and positive attitude.
• Able to manage multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Have good food hygiene and safety practices.
• Minimum 1 year barista experience (latte art skills is a must).
• Provide good customer service.
• Physically and mentally fit.
• Have valid food safety Level 1 certificate.
