We're a lifestyle-focused caf-bar in the heart of Raffles Place, serving reimagined local comfort food, specialty coffee, and curated cocktails. By day, we fuel the CBD with quality brews by night, we transition into a lively social venue. We're looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our opening team and help shape the coffee experience from the ground up.

Role Overview

As Barista, you'll be the face of our coffee program-crafting consistent, high-quality beverages while bringing energy and warmth to every interaction. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their coffee skills and enjoys working in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based and specialty coffee beverages
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment
• Uphold quality and consistency in every cup, following SOPs
• Provide genuine and friendly service to guests at the counter and on the floor
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and prep areas
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Assist with stock management and coffee bar inventory

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a caf or specialty coffee environment
• Confident in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and basic latte art
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, clean, and organized behind the bar
• Positive team player who enjoys a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays, and split shifts as required
