Job Summary
You will welcome clients, consult on hairstyle preferences, and deliver hair cutting, trimming, styling, and treatment services. You will maintain hygiene standards, supervise trainees, and provide scalp and face massages to ensure client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and consult to understand their desired hairstyles and preferences
- Cut and trim hair precisely according to client instructions to achieve the requested style
- Style hair using chemical treatments and styling tools to create desired looks
- Shave, trim, and shape clients beards and mustaches with attention to detail
- Wash and condition clients hair to prepare for styling or treatments
- Apply hair treatments and coloring accurately to enhance client appearance
- Clean and sanitize combs, scissors, razors, and other tools after each use to maintain hygiene
- Supervise apprentices and trainees to ensure quality service and skill development
- Provide face, scalp, and neck massages to enhance client comfort and relaxation
- Offer hairstyle suggestions based on current trends and client features to improve client satisfaction

- Sound knowledge of current hairstyles and trends to provide relevant advice and styles
- Ability to follow instructions carefully to meet client and salon standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods to perform salon duties effectively
