As The Bar Supervisor We Rely On You To
- Lead and supervise a team of bartenders to deliver high-quality beverage service and guest satisfaction
- Create and innovate mixed beverages that align with brand standards and enhance guest experience
- Drive sales growth by influencing and coaching team members on upselling and suggestive selling techniques
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions to support team and guest engagement
- Ensure the assigned bar area is fully equipped with necessary tools and products to maintain smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety Standards to guarantee a safe environment for guests and staff
- Continuously seek opportunities to increase guest satisfaction levels through service excellence and operational improvements
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Experience in Beverage Operations with practical knowledge of bartending techniques and beverage trends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate the bar team
- Experience in leading a team of bartenders within a restaurant or bar environment
- Commitment to delivering high-quality guest service with a welcoming and professional manner
- Willingness to work shifts to meet operational needs
