MAIN OPERATIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and prepare duty schedules in accordance with the business forecast to ensure operation runs smoothly.
- Supervise bar staff and ensure high standards of service of beverages. Ensure staff provide professional, friendly and efficient service at all times.
- Maintain security of operating equipment in the bar and beverage and food stocks in the bar areas.
- Perform regular inventories of beverage and operating equipment.
- Maintain and control all bar stocks and ensure effective control procedures.
- Prepare sufficient mise en place for all bar operations according to the daily business forecast.
- Assist in the training and development of bar staff to operate to the required standards of the club.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL:
- Complete knowledge of alcoholic beverages, including of wines and spirits
- Skilled bar service cocktails and mixed drinks
- Excellent social & personal skills
- Knowledge of F&B control procedures
