Job Purpose
Ensure smooth operation of all the Bar Outlets in all aspects, including bar stock, staffing, quality and cleanliness.
Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.
Basic Functions:
- Ensure that there is sufficient stock in all outlets, schedule staff, oversee operation, conducting monthly stock-take, submission of claims, control expenses and wastage of materials.
- Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.
Job duties in detail
- Liaise with the F&B Operations Manager and Outlet Heads on operational aspects.
- Communicate all matters to bar staff, explain objectives and expectations.
- Arrange with relevant Department Heads on rectification of defects and other matters.
- Prepare weekly duty roster, submit claims of staff.
- Monitor revenue of beverage and tobacco items and compare to budget. Prepare actions to achieve sales target, observe staff performance and correct if necessary.
- Prepare annual staff performance appraisal ascertain that rules and regulations are abided by staff.
- Handles complaints and bring such complaints and other relevant matters to the attention of the F&B Operations Manager.
- Responsible for the efficient operation of the POS system and ensure that all Members Chits are accurately billed.
- Responsible for the profitability of the Bar Operations.
- Provide leadership and train staff.
- Render full support to Banquet and Events and other F&B Outlets when required.
