Bar & Guest Experience Associate

SURGE - Tanjong Pagar

SURGE is a premium personal training gym where our in-house bar is an extension of how we care for our members.

We're looking for a full-time Bar & Guest Experience Associate to run our Protein Shake bar and support the front desk - someone who takes real pride in good service and who our members come to know as a warm, familiar face.

This is a front-facing, service-first role. Making a great drink matters, but how you make people feel when they walk through the door matters just as much.

Roles and Responsibilities

At the Protein Shake Bar

• Prepare protein shakes, coffee, and other beverages to a consistent standard
• Keep the bar clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the day
• Manage stock levels and flag inventory needs
• Follow bar opening and closing procedures

Front Desk & Guest Experience

• Greet members warmly and set a welcoming tone for the space
• Attend to walk-ins, check-ins, and general enquiries
• Keep the reception and bar areas neat and orderly
• Support the team with light day-to-day operational tasks

Requirements

• Friendly and approachable, with a genuine interest in engaging with people
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of ownership over your space
• At least 1 year of bar, F&B, hospitality, customer service, or similar service experience
• Holds a Food Safety Certificate, or is willing to obtain one
• Comfortable balancing service, bar, and light front desk duties
