Bar Assistant

Basic information:

• 6 days a week, 8hrs shift
• Basic $2450 ONWARDS
• Location: Centrepoint
• Reputable company

Job Scope:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, according to standard recipes.
• Interact with customers, take orders, recommend drinks, and ensure an excellent guest experience.
• Verify customers identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements.
• Handle payments, maintain accurate sales records, and balance cash receipts.
• Plan and present bar menus, restock inventory, and maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, customer service expectations, and government regulations (e.g., NEA, AVA, SCDF).

Additional Information:

• Able to stand for 8hrs and carry at least 10kg
• Open to rotating shifts
• Prior experience in bartending will be an added advantage
