Serve as a Project Manager (PMO) or Delivery Lead for banking system development or implementation projects.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure project objectives are met.
Track project progress, identify issues and action items, and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and present progress updates and project reports to client management.
Manage project resources, including cost and manpower allocation, to support project delivery.
Collaborate with clients, business stakeholders, and IT teams to coordinate project activities and ensure effective communication.
Organize and guide project teams to support successful project completion.
Work with stakeholders to manage expectations and maintain effective client relationships.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT project management or delivery leadership.
Proficiency in Japanese at the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N1 level is required, as the role involves regular communication and coordination with Japanese-speaking stakeholders
Experience managing software development or system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Experience in project management activities such as planning, progress tracking, risk and issue management, resource planning, and governance processes.
Familiarity with banking system development or implementation projects would be advantageous.
