Job description:

• Maintaining and updating wholesale banking systemparameters.
• Running automated processes for statement and adviceverification.
• Providing production support for systems used by businessunits and operations teams.
• Handling administrative and operational support activities within the division.

Requirements:

• Diploma/degree in relevant field.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with bankingsystems.
• Experience with system maintenance, operationalprocessing, and automation activities.
• Familiarity with production support and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with ateam.
• Willingness to support weekend activities when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and control mindset.

Advantageous (not mandatory) if candidates have:

• Banking operations experience, especially in wholesale/corporate banking.
• Exposure to system parameter setup and maintenance.
• Knowledge of operational controls, statement generation, or transaction processing.
