Banking & Finance Lawyer

Our client is an international law firm looking to hire an associate/senior associate for their Banking & Finance team. You will work on cross-border transactions in a broad finance practice, such as structured finance, leveraged finance, acquisition finance and private credit funds. This is a new role as the team is looking to expand and bring on strong executioners. The firm is supportive of relocating strong candidates to the Singapore office.

Requirements:

• SG/UK/Australia Qualified, 3-7 PQE
• Strong academic background
• You come from a top tier private practice ideally at an international law firm or a big 4 Singapore law firm.
• Strong experience in multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions. The partner is also open to candidates from from non-contentious restructuring or capital markets backgrounds.
• You are commercially astute and have excellent communication skills
