Banking Associate 2-4 PQE

Our client is a US law firm looking to hire an associate for their banking team. You'll be working on a wide variety of banking matters, including leveraged finance, structured finance, development finance, fund finance and acquisition finance. This is a great opportunity to work with a market leading partner and a wide variety of clientele, both domestic and international.

Requirements:

• Strong academic results from a reputable university
• Singapore/UK Qualified
• 1-4 PQE
• Experience in banking transactions with a strong banking team
• Collaborative and a team player
