Key Responsibilities:
Operational / Risk Management
- Perform independent assessments of root causes and mitigating actions for issues/errors, including escalation and reporting when required.
- Review Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and coordinate departmental BCP exercises.
- Conduct periodic reviews of system access rights.
- Lead and perform the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) exercise.
- Oversee management information systems (MIS) for the department, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and other metrics to facilitate escalation and timely resolution of issues.
- Conduct physical stock counts and perform stock reconciliation.
Project Management
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, and budgets.
- Assist and/or lead user requirement gathering, reviews, and documentation.
- Coordinate product walkthrough sessions and user training.
- Represent operations users in project and initiative development processes.
- Document and follow up on actions and decisions from meetings, collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new products and system enhancements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience is good to have.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
