Responsibilities:
1. Data Management & Reporting
- Manage and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy and integrity
- Perform data analysis, tracking, and reporting using Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for operational and audit purposes
- Ensure proper documentation and data compliance with internal policies
2. Security Systems Administration
- Manage door access control system (user profiles, access rights, card issuance/deactivation)
- Monitor access logs, perform data checks, and support audit requirements
- Handle system troubleshooting and liaise with vendors
- Support CCTV monitoring, footage review, and incident documentation
3. Office Operations & Coordination
- Support day-to-day office operations and facilities management
- Coordinate business travel, including flights, accommodation, and visa/work permits
- Manage office supplies, mail handling, and visitor reception
4. Vendor & StakeholderManagement
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across departments
5. Compliance & AdministrativeSupport
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards
- Support audits and compliance checks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree with at least 4 years of Office Administration experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF formulas, Pivot Tables, data analysis)
- Strong knowledge of officemanagement processes and best practices
- Highly organized, detail-oriented,and able to multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, resourceful, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
