Description

We are seeking an experienced Bank Manager to oversee our banking operations in Singapore, Luxembourg, Germany, Netherlands, and Australia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing branch activities, ensuring compliance, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking operations, including deposits, withdrawals, account opening, lending, and customer service activities.
• Supervise and guide banking staff to ensure efficient branch operations and high-quality customer service.
• Develop business strategies to achieve targets for deposits, loans, investments, and other banking products.
• Build and maintain relationships with individual customers, corporate clients, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Review loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and recommend lending decisions in accordance with bank policies.
• Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and other applicable banking regulations.
• Monitor branch financial performance, operating expenses, revenue, and profitability.
• Identify potential financial, operational, and credit risks and implement appropriate control measures.
• Handle customer complaints, escalated service requests, and complex banking issues.
• Oversee account reconciliation, transaction monitoring, financial reporting, and internal control procedures.
• Promote banking products, including savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, insurance, and investment services.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and resource planning to improve productivity.
• Coordinate with audit, compliance, risk management, and central banking departments.
• Prepare management reports covering branch performance, business development, customer acquisition, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to local banking laws and policies.
