Bank Data Management Officer (1yr Contract, Private Bank)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate client data such as creation of client accounts and upkeep client information
• Process closure of client and counterparty accounts
• Conduct name searches as requested by management
• Process e-banking applications / modifications / cancellations for clients
• Manage Hold Mail services provided to clients

Requirements:

• Possess Diploma/Degree with 1-2 years of experience in banking
• Previous experience in data maintenance for client is highly preferred
• Good knowledge of account documentation requirements
• Basic hands on experience in Excel / Access based automation (e.g. Macros) to improve efficiency would be an advantage
