KYC Analyst (1yr Contract, Private Bank)

Responsibilities:

• Support Client Advisors in addressing identified gaps in client Source of Wealth (SOW) profiles in line with current regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Ensure SOW information and supporting corroboration documents are updated and aligned with the latest standards.
• Liaise with Client Advisors to obtain additional information or documentation required to complete profile reviews and remediation activities.
• Promptly escalate any AML-related concerns or red flags to the AML team where necessary.
  
• Conduct name screening checks as required.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in Private Banking KYC/AML operations.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in KYC/SOW remediation or SOW preparation is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Able to work independently and meet assigned targets within stipulated timelines.
