. Participate as a member of the Central Utility Team, providing support to the Front Office on Client Due Diligence and SOW write-ups.

. Collaborate with the Front Office to obtain the necessary corroboration evidence and documentation to enhance the quality of SOW write-ups.

. The successful candidate is expected to be well-versed in AML/CFT and CDD standards, and familiar with the documentation and regulatory requirements for Private Wealth account types. The role requires a meticulous eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

. Liaise with Senior Client Advisors (SCAs) to clarify submissions and obtain supporting documentation where required.

. Prepare initial drafts of SOW write-ups based on information provided by the Front Office, for subsequent review by SCAs.

. Serve as a knowledge resource for the Front Office on client onboarding documentation requirements and retail banking services.

. Manage and process client onboarding documentation checks and provide general services to Front Office staff.

. Handle and respond to queries from the Front Office within the scope of responsibility.

. Depending on the specific task, perform data entry and updates in the Private Bank system.

. Comply with internal policies and procedures and escalate issues as necessary.
