Bank Associate (LEADING BANK) #HKC

Job Duration: 12 Mths

Working Hours: 9AM to 6.30PM Monday to Thursday, and 9AM to 5.30PM Friday with 1 Hour meal break

Salary Range: UP TO $2,000

Job Duties:

• Input Invoice details into Excel Spreadsheet
• Upload Collateral into System
• Book in and Book off the Invoices
• Utilise incoming funds to settle outstanding loans
• Perform Price Check
• Perform Vessel Check
• Perform reconciliation of trade outstanding against collateral

Requirements

• Min. Dip / Degree (Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business, IT preferred)
• Proficiency in MX, Excel and Word
• Be proactive and react promptly to any deterioration in the client's exposure or collateral position by alerting supervisor
