- Provide sales and service support to retail banking customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of service requests
- Support frontline sales and relationship management teams through sales tracking, reporting, and preparation of proposals and documentation
- Handle customer enquiries and issues in accordance with service standards and internal procedures
- Identify potential sales opportunities and refer eligible customers to appropriate advisory or relationship management teams
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support achievement of branch or team sales and service objectives
- Resolve sales-related issues by applying product knowledge, established processes, and prior experience to recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform client onboarding and servicing activities in compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and KYC/AML standards
- Assess and manage operational and reputational risk in day-to-day activities, escalating issues where required and adhering to ethical and compliance standards
