Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Track and monitor the performance of campaigns (such as roadshows and giftings) to ensure smooth fulfilments and conduct due diligence for issues such as fraud
- Analyse sales data to distil trends and insights to back informed business decisions
- Support stakeholder communication by acting as a bridge between business partners and internal teams
- Conduct analysis of feedbacks from sales governance to identify interrelationships for product and process enhancement efforts
- Aid in the development of evaluation forms and addendums for bancassurance products to contribute to enhancements of product offerings
- Facilitate seamless product integration and maintenance on new system platforms by ensuring accurate representation of products and fostering collaboration with cross functional stakeholders
- Generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and contribute to strategic planning processes
- Assist in conducting comprehensive market analysis to enhance competitive edge
