Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

. Arrange jewellery displays in an appealing andsecure manner

. Provide product knowledge and guidance onjewellery styles and materials to potential buyer

. Handle inquiries about the product, pricing andpolicies

. Maintain the cleanliness of the store in awell-organized manner

. Process sales transactions accurately

. Assist in inventory management and restocking

. Contribute to team goals and collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications:

. Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in jewellery or luxury goods

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

. Strong attention to detail and a passion for jewellery

. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Basic math skills and experience with point-of-sale systems
