Bakery Service Crew

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

• Perform day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, cake cutting and order processing.
• Prepare signature beverages and assist with basic kitchen and packing tasks.

2. Customer Service

• Provide friendly and efficient service to walk-in customers.
• Handle self-pickup orders accurately and promptly.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure all orders are complete and correct before handover.

4. Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the storefront, packing area, and workstations.

5. Closing Duties

• Assist with daily store closing procedures.

Requirements

• No prior experience required (training will be provided).
• Able to commit to a 5-6 day work week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Positive attitude, friendly personality, and a team player.
• Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 1) is an advantage.
