Bakery Retail Assistant

• Full spectrum of serving customers, preparing food, taking orders and working the POS.
• Serving customers to sell our artisan sourdough products
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages (Takeaway only)
• Preparing and serving food items (Takeaway only)
• Operating coffee equipment
• Building relationships with customers and promoting and recommending menu options to customers
• Taking note of the inventory and supplies
• Keeping the work environment and area clean, sanitary and organized
• WSQ Hygiene certified
• Working the point-of-sale (POS) system to complete transactions
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning and inventory tasks

Work Arrangement:

• Working hours: 9.30am-7pm, 1 hour break (Must be able to work weekends)
• Working days: 5 day work week (FT)
• Required to work on Public holidays
