Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Front-of-House Manager to lead daily operations, enhance customer experience, and support team development in a dynamic bakery environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee front-of-house operations to ensure high product knowledge, effective staff training, and excellent customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement improvements to operational processes to enhance workflow efficiency
- Train, supervise, and motivate the front-of-house team to maintain high performance and service standards
- Enforce compliance with company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety, hygiene standards, and quality control measures
- Plan and control inventory for front-of-house stock to maintain optimal levels
- Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean and welcoming store environment
- Respond promptly and tactfully to guest requests and resolve complaints to uphold customer satisfaction
- Work independently and collaboratively within a small team, adapting to the dynamic needs of a start-up bakery environment
- Demonstrate punctuality, diligence, and initiative to contribute positively to the team and business growth
- Commit to a minimum one-year tenure to support continuity and development within the role
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a food and beverage setting
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Effective leadership skills to manage and motivate subordinates
- Comfortable working in a start-up environment with diverse responsibilities
