Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Assistant Supervisor - Pastry to join ourdynamic team. In this role, you will be actively involved in pastry production while alsohandling some supervisory responsibilities. You will lead a team of 8, contribute creativeideas, and help maintain smooth operations in the pastry kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee daily baking and pastry production (90% hands-on role). Supervise, schedule, and support a team of 8 staff. Handle ordering and purchasing of ingredients and materials. Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory. Prepare and decorate pastries such as tiramisu, panna cotta, macaroons, celebrationcakes, and buttercream-based desserts. Assist in menu development through R&D and new pastry creations. Ensure high standards of presentation and plating

Requirements:. 5 years of pastry experience required. Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in pastry making and decoration. Experience with French pastries is a bonus. Able to lead a team and work well with others. Creative, energetic, and willing to learn
