Responsible for preparation and baking of all pastries, buns, bread and bakery products/items according to the established standards and operating guidelines of the company.
To ensure the daily's bakery productions to meet the daily/monthly and sale's requirements.
To maintain high standard presentation of pastries, bread, buns and bakery items, and shall observe all bakery products are prepared and served in consistency, quality standards and practices.
All bakery machines and equipment including bakery raw materials assigned under your care must be maintained and be kept in good usual condition.
Any other relevant duties may assigned by management from time to time.
