Baker (Bread Department, Central Kitchen)

At Tiong Bahru Bakery, we're entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of a fresh concept and new product range. To meet the growing demand, our Central Kitchen Bread Department is expanding, and we are looking for Bakers to join the team.

No prior baking experience is required - if you are hardworking, reliable, and able to commit to the 2:00am shift, we will provide full training. To support you, transport costs for the early shift will be reimbursed.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation and baking of our signature breads and new product launches
• Learn and apply artisanal breadmaking techniques
• Uphold consistency, quality, and hygiene standards
• Contribute to a dedicated and collaborative kitchen team

Requirements:

• Able to work the 2:00am shift (with transport reimbursement)
• Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn
• No prior baking experience required
