Role Description

We are hiring full-time and part-time on-site badminton coaches (Singapore). The coach will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, mentoring players, and developing their technical, tactical, and physical skills. Responsibilities also include assessing player performance, providing feedback, and motivating players to achieve their full potential. The role involves maintaining a safe and positive training environment and fostering a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of badminton techniques, strategies, and rules; experience in training and coaching players
• Ability to design effective training programs and assess player performance
• Excellent communication and mentorship skills to inspire and support players
• Certification from a recognized sports coaching organization is a plus
• Applicants with prior competitive playing experience would be prioritised
• Passion for coaching and developing players of all ages and skill levels
