Backend Engineer - Lead

Additional responsibilities:

. Lead and mentor engineers, providing technical guidance and conducting

code reviews

. Design, build, and deploy applications using low code/no code platforms such

as OutSystems

. Develop automated workflows, forms, and integrations to streamline business

processes and improve operational efficiency

. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed applications, including

user guides, technical specifications, and support materials

. Drive day-to-day technical decision-making on system architecture, code

quality, and platform implementation, in alignment with the Customer's

platform governance standards and CAMP architecture

Additional experiences:

. Demonstrated experience leading a team of engineers in delivering end-to-

end digital products

. Proficiency in low code/no code platforms such as OutSystems, with relevant

certifications being a plus

. Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and database

systems (SQL)

. Hands-on configuration experience in administration setup and managing low-

code product features, including rules engine, workflow, process logic, data

validations, screen flows, and page layouts

. Experience integrating applications with AI or machine learning services is a

plus for resources assigned to develop and integrate AI-enabled capabilities
