Position Summary
About Alpha X Alpha X is a leading Industrial AI company rooted in the high-precision world of Semiconductor Manufacturing. We are now executing a critical strategic pivot: democratizing our Semicon-grade technology to build a scalable, universal Smart Factory SaaS Platform for the broader manufacturing sector.
The Role As a Backend Engineer, you will be responsible for the core logic, architectural design, and system optimization of our internal and customer-facing business systems. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Frontend team to transform complex manufacturing requirements into high-performance, scalable code.
Key Responsibilities
- System Design: Responsible for back-end system design, code development, and continuous system optimization.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare essential technical documents, including system design specifications, interface/API documentation, and database schema designs.
- Feature Optimization: Deeply understand business needs to efficiently implement and optimize product functions within the Smart Factory ecosystem.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Frontend Engineers to drive product iterations and improve overall system reliability.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company as and when required.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional Java development experience. Hands on experience delivering real-world BI projects.
- Plus Factors: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AI/Large Model engineering, background in Semiconductor domain and AI related is highly preferred.
- Software: Experience with industrial software systems.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Dubbo frameworks.
- Database & Middleware: Expert knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle, and familiarity with message middleware such as Kafka or RocketMQ.
- Infrastructure: Solid understanding of Linux environments and basic Shell scripting.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English is required for effective collaboration with the China R&D centers.
