Role Description:
The Back Office Executive is responsible for supporting the organization's operational and administrative functions behind the scenes. This role ensures smooth workflow, accurate record-keeping, and effective support for front-office and departmental activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation accurately.
- Process and verify transactions, forms, and reports in compliance with company policies.
- Support internal departments such as finance, HR, or operations with administrative tasks.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate with front-office teams to ensure timely completion of processes and requests.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or relevant field.
- Proven experience in administrative or back-office support roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
