Contribute to the design and development of end-to-end proof of concept IoT-based industrial solution for example, worker safety based on our smart insoles.
Conduct research on emerging trends and advancements in industrial automation and IoT.
Assist in the testing and validation of IoT devices and systems, ensuring their reliability and efficiency.
Support the team in various engineering tasks and projects as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn in the end-to-end IoT solution. This may include frontend/backend software/firmware to hardware in the end-to-end solution.
Stay updated on the latest developments in IoT technology and propose innovative ideas for project improvement.
Effectively communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to team members and supervisors.
Assist in the identification and evaluation of new tools and technologies that enhance IoT capabilities for our customers.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming
Experience with IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTP) will be an advantage
Basic understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and caching
Knowledge of APIs development and distributed systems concepts is a plus
Experience with AI code tools will be an advantage ability to use AI coding assistants for efficient development
Android/Flutter coding skillset is desirable
Strong problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a team
