Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Back-End Developer to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the server-side logic, APIs, and databases that power our applications, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and integrations
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Design and optimize relational and non-relational databases
- Ensure applications are secure, scalable, and high-performing
- Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in development and production environments
- Implement CI/CD processes and support DevOps practices
- Stay updated on back-end technologies and industry best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Proficiency in one or more back-end languages/frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, PHP/Laravel, Go, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, or microservices architecture
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Solid understanding of authentication methods and security best practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
