Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Back-End Developer to join our development team in Singapore. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and databases to support high-performance, scalable, and secure solutions. You will collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to deliver innovative digital products.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, test, and maintain robust back-end applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data storage solutions.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and security.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and Agile development processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Support DevOps processes including CI/CD and deployment pipelines.
- Contribute to software documentation and technical specifications.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in back-end development.
- Proficiency in back-end languages such as Java, Python, Node.js, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience with version control (Git), testing frameworks, and Agile development.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
