About the Role
This position focuses on build and scale backend systems that support their growing international business. You will work on highperformance services and collaborate with global teams to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend services for overseas markets, ensuring strong stability and scalability.
- Participate in architectural design and technology decisions for core backend modules.
- Build distributed systems optimized for crossregional, hightraffic scenarios.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams across multiple regions to deliver global projects efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related fields; 2+ years of backend development experience.
- Proficient in Java or Go, with solid system design and clean coding practices.
- Familiar with MySQL, Redis, RocketMQ/Kafka, ElasticSearch, and their typical use cases.
- Understanding of distributed systems and microservices concepts; experience with highconcurrency system optimization is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset, good communication skills, and comfortable working in fastpaced global teams.
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken.
