. Partner with business stakeholders (e.g. commercial, marketing, operations, sourcing) to identify core business questions and design analysis plans to answer them.
. Perform deep-dive analysis into customer behavior, campaign performance, operational bottlenecks, etc., and provide actionable, end-to-end recommendations.

. Effective communication skills - you can translate data into business language for different audiences.

. Experience in the e-commerce industry, especially with funnel metrics and supply chain processes.
. Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for advanced analytics and automation.
. Exposure to dashboard tools like Power BI, Looker, Tableau, or equivalent.
