KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Corporate Project Sales:
- Responsible for the sale and marketing of consumer products to corporate B2B clients (New/Existing).
- Proactively identify opportunities, generate leads, and prospect potential clients or customers through various channels, such as cold calling and networking.
- Lead the sales process, including presenting product demos, closing sales, and completing internal order processing and fulfilment.
- Manage pipeline, forecast and deliver sales and profit targets.
- Develop, Build and maintain strong and long-lasting business relationships with potential B2B clients in Singapore.
- Provide regular sales reports, performance analysis, and market feedback to management, enabling data-driven and decision-making.
- Able to identify key markets to penetrate company products based on their needs and requirement.
- Manage tender requirement and submission timely and prepare pipeline quotation whenever required.
- Co-work with inter-departmental teams to manage pricing, product list, forecast, order management, etc.
- Define and set sales and marketing strategies to penetrate to various sales funnels independently.
Corporate Employee Sales:
- Responsible to build Enterprise Employee sales program within corporate clients (New/Existing).
- Proactively identify opportunities, generate leads, and prospect potential clients or customers through various channels, such as cold calling and networking.
- Plan and execute dedicated employee purchase benefit program and promotion calendar.
- Lead the entire client onboarding and sales process including product demos, onboarding exercise, and manage after-sales requirement, etc
- Take charge in the demand planning and forecasting for sales & inventory management.
- Take charge of voice of consumer (VOC) and enquiries from end users and develop insights to strengthen customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay abreast on market dynamics, competitive benchmarking and consumer insights and trends to develop better sales and marketing strategies.
- Responsible to regularly track, analyze, interpret campaign performance and make necessary reporting to discover insights for effective business decisions and strategies to enhance store & sales performance.
Education level and/or relevant experience(s)/Skills
- Diploma / Degree (Min) preferably in business administration / Business management / Sales & Marketing.
- Min. 34 years sales experience in FMCG industry or consumer electronics industry or Corporate Enterprise business.
- Good network with Property developers, Hotel developers and major hospitality industries.
- Familiar in Gebiz and Sesami system.
- Motivated and result-oriented: Passionate about exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
