What we are looking for

We're looking for a B2BSocial Media Manager who can amplify Omni's voice across digital channels and build meaningful connections with HR leaders and business owners across APAC. You'll own our social strategy end-to-end planning, creating, and optimizing content that educates, inspires, and positions Omni as the go-to expert for modern HR teams.

The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and analytical thinker who thrives on turning complex HR ideas into engaging narratives that spark conversation and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a social media strategy that strengthens brand awareness and supports lead generation
  • Create engaging, on-brand content across LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms tailored to our APAC audience
  • Ghostwrite and develop thought leadership content for executives to amplify Omni's voice in the HR community
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting, community engagement, and timely responses
  • Build relationships with HR influencers and industry leaders to expand reach and advocacy
  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and optimize content to improve engagement and ROI

Qualifications

  • 35 years of experience managing social media for B2B SaaS or tech companies
  • Proven success in growing and engaging audiences on LinkedIn and other professional platforms
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience creating thought leadership content
  • Ability to translate complex HR or business topics into relatable, digestible content
  • Analytical mindset with hands-on experience using social media analytics and management tools
  • Proficiency in design and content tools (e.g. Canva, Figma, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
