About the role:
This is a full-time Sales & Marketing Executive position offering foundational experience in consultative B2B sales. You will engage directly with business owners and managing directors, conduct needs assessments, and present tailored solutions to corporate clients.
Key responsibilities:
. Conduct client meetings in office-based settings across the greater Singapore region
. Understand client business challenges and present appropriate solutions
. Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business and account growth
. Participate in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions
. Support campaign planning and business development initiatives
. Monday-Friday office-based role with occasional travel for market expansion
What we're looking for:
. Age 18-30, recent graduate, post-NS, or early-career professional
. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
. Ability to conduct professional client conversations
. Willingness to develop consultative selling competency
