No call centres. No cold calls. Real, face-to-face consultations with people who make decisions.
As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will:
. Conduct face-to-face client meetings with business owners and MDs across Singapore
. Listen deeply, ask smart questions, and present tailored solutions
. Build and manage your own client pipeline with full mentor support
. Participate in structured team debriefs, skill sessions, and development reviews
. Travel to regional markets (Hong Kong, Korea, Thailand) 3+ times a year - all covered
. Recent graduate or post-NS - any discipline
. Communicates naturally - no script, no stiffness
. Resilient:rejection doesn't define your week
. Genuinely wants to learn a high-value skill
. No prior sales experience required
. $2,500-$4,500/month, performance-based - your effort directly drives your income
