Join our pioneering team in Singapore! Dingdong Maicai is expanding its B2B fresh grocery delivery model (successfully proven in Dubai) to serve Singapore's F&B sector. We're building a dedicated supply chain to deliver fresh produce, groceries, and condiments to businesses (e.g., restaurants, canteens). With nearly 50 sales roles to fill, we seek driven professionals to grow our client base from the ground up.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain key account relationships, understanding client business needs and providing customised solutions for fresh produce delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create sales strategies and plans to meet targets and increase market share. Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Identify and develop new potential customers through market research and marketing activities. Expand business with existing key accounts.
- Analyse client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with internal supply chain and logistics teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Previous sales experience, preferably in fresh produce supply chain or catering industry.
- Understanding of fresh produce delivery processes and client business models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Strong teamwork and coordination skills to work with internal teams.
- Commercial acumen and market analysis skills to develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to manage multiple tasks.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Preferred:
- Experience in hotel supplies (low-value consumables, glassware, etc.) and food distribution.
