Position: B2B Sales Executive

The Role

We are looking for a results-driven B2B Sales Executive to sell CCTV, door access systems, Wi-Fi networking equipment, and related solutions to commercial and industrial clients.

You will manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and solution presentation to negotiation and closing - while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B customers (system integrators, contractors, facilities managers, enterprises)
  • Present and demonstrate CCTV, access control, and Wi-Fi AP solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders based on client requirements
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal project and technical teams for seamless delivery
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activity records in CRM

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales experience in security, networking, IT infrastructure, or electrical products will be advantageous (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Familiarity with CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, access control systems, Wi-Fi APs, or networking switches will be advantageous
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
