About the KELA Group
The KELA Group is a global cybersecurity powerhouse, combining advanced solutions in CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), CTI (Cyber Threat Intelligence), and TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management). This is a strategic leadership role for a hands-on sales executive who can build and lead a regional sales organization, drive enterprise SaaS deals, and expand KELA Group's footprint across key APAC markets.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Sales Director to lead our commercial expansion across the APAC region (excluding Japan). This role is designed for a senior sales leader who can build and scale a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals and sales engineers, driving growth across key APAC markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional go-to-market and sales strategy for enterprise B2B clients.
- Build, recruit, and lead a local team of AEs, SEs, and sales support staff across APAC.
- Drive full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales from pipeline generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Establish and maintain relationships with CISOs, security leaders, and senior stakeholders in large enterprises.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and R&D to tailor solutions for the APAC market.
- Forecast sales performance, manage regional KPIs, and ensure consistent target achievement.
- Represent KELA Group at major industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across the region.
Requirements
- Proven experience in cybersecurity B2B SaaS sales to enterprise clients - a must.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and at least 3 years in a leadership or team-building role.
- Demonstrated success in establishing sales operations or teams in multiple APAC countries (Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, Hong Kong, etc.).
- Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and C-level engagement.
- Fluent in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
