Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and KPIs for the B2B merchant app.
- Translate SME merchant needs into clear product requirements through research and feedback.
- Collaborate with design to deliver simple, intuitive, and multi-market user experiences.
- Partner with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams to integrate intelligent, self-serve features.
- Prioritize features, write user stories, and ensure fast-paced Agile delivery.
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or related experience, with strong exposure to mobile apps.
- Experience with B2B platforms, SME merchants, fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Solid understanding of user experience design (wireframes, prototypes, user flows).
- Strong analytical, communication, and Agile product management skills.
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML product integration.
