- Amazon Connect Development: Design, develop, and implement solutions using Amazon Connect and related AWS services to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Presales and Customer Demos: Create and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Amazon Connect solutions to prospective customers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- AWS Services: Utilize various AWS services, including Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3, to support and enhance Amazon Connect solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, clients, business analysts, and team members to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing Amazon Connect implementations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
A little about you:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with experience creating and delivering professional presentations for presales and customer demos.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Node.js or C# .Net
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What you might also need to have:
- Strong background in developing solutions with Amazon Connect and AWS services, with a flair for creating engaging presentations and delivering them effectively for presales and customer demos.
- A blend of technical expertise and the ability to communicate ideas clearly to potential clients.
- AWS certifications.
