We are representing our client in the global technology and engineering space to look for an experienced Network Administrator to support and enhance our cloud and network infrastructure. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewalls, VPN configuration, and AWS networking services, along with a working knowledge of ITIL processes. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining secure and reliable network connectivity across hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
- Configure, monitor, and support AWS networking components, including VPCs, Security Groups, Route Tables, and related services.
- Respond to network-related incidents and service requests in accordance with ITIL practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure and reliable connectivity.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience working with cloud platforms, with AWS preferred.
- Familiarity with AWS networking services, including VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, and related components.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
- Certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and/or Networking are advantageous.
