Job Descriptions:
- Manage and maintain Palo Alto Firewalls and GlobalProtect VPN.
- Configure and monitor AWS networking components (VPC, Security Groups, Route Tables, etc.).
- Respond to network-related incidents and service requests following ITIL practices.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure secure connectivity.
- Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Cloud platform experience (AWS preferred).
- Familiarity with AWS networking services (VPC, NAT Gateway, Load Balancers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).
- Strong team collaboration, documentation, and communication skills.
- Certification in AWS/Microsoft AZURE/Google cloud and Network will be advantageous.
