Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network engineering with AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP/S, DNS, DHCP, BGP, VPNs, routing, and load balancing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS networking services:
VPC, Transit Gateway, PrivateLink, Route 53, Direct Connect, Load Balancers, Network Firewall. - Strong experience in network architecture, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with IaC and automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
- Familiarity with Zero Trust network design principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- AWS Certified Advanced Networking - SpecialtyOR AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate/Professional)
- Palo Alto Networks Certified Next-Generation Firewall Engineer
- Experience working in government, regulated, or high-security environments.
